By accessing and using EcoMesh's website, platform, and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our blockchain-based verification platform for plastic recovery and recycling data. By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

EcoMesh provides the following services:

• Verification Services: Blockchain-based verification of plastic recovery and recycling data
• Digital Certificates: Issuance of tamper-proof digital certificates for verified activities
• Plastic Credits: Creation and management of blockchain-based plastic credits
• Traceability Platform: End-to-end tracking of plastic waste from collection to recycling
• Reporting Tools: Analytics and reporting capabilities for sustainability data
• API Services: Integration capabilities with existing business systems

Our Services are designed to help businesses verify their plastic recovery and recycling efforts, combat greenwashing, and demonstrate compliance with environmental regulations.

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your organization
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

• Fees: All fees are stated in the currency specified on your invoice
• Payment Due: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law
• Refunds: Refunds are generally not available for completed verification services
• Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Services.

You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that:

• Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Involves fraudulent, false, or misleading information
• Attempts to circumvent our verification processes
• Interferes with or disrupts our platform or servers
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Uses automated tools to access our platform without permission
• Transmits viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harasses, abuses, or harms other users
• Promotes greenwashing or environmental misinformation

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data (subject to legal obligations)
• Data already recorded on blockchain will remain immutable
• Outstanding payment obligations will remain in effect
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), unless both parties agree to pursue resolution through the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, the parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations to resolve any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Displaying prominent notices on our platform

Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services.
